About Me
I was born in Karachi, Pakistan, in 1989, and my career has been shaped by one clear theme: building growth at the intersection of technology, markets, and people.
With a strong technical foundation and more than a decade of leadership across the IoT space, I’ve led commercial expansion, built multi-country teams, and helped scale connected solutions across fast-moving and complex regions.
Sustainable success is not built by a single high performer, but by developing others, creating ownership, and building teams that can operate with confidence and clarity.
Career Path
2010
Early Foundation in Technical Support
I began my professional journey in Karachi as a Technical Support Engineer intern, then joined Innovative (Pvt.) Ltd. in 2010, supporting banks and financial institutions in high-availability environments. That early experience taught me how critical reliability, process, and accountability are when technology supports essential operations.
2012
Moving Into Techno-Commercial Leadership
Driven by a desire to move closer to business strategy and market impact, I transitioned into techno-commercial roles and joined Morgan Technologies in 2012 as a Sales Engineer serving the pharmaceutical sector. Gained hands-on exposure to how regulated industries adopt technology.
2014
The Dubai Chapter and the Shift Into IoT
At 24, I moved to Dubai to pursue international experience. In early 2014, I joined Teltonika IoT Group as a Sales Representative. I worked directly with end customers to create awareness, build use cases, and demonstrate the real business value of connected solutions.
2015
My First Leadership Lesson
Promoted to Business Development Manager. Transitioning from individual performer to people leader became one of the most important learning phases of my career, learning to develop ownership in teams.
2019
Consistent Growth and Scaling Teams
Delivered 40%–50% year-on-year growth. Promoted to Sales Director, scaling my organization from 4 teams to 6 teams, each consisting of 6–7 professionals across the Middle East and the Levant.
2023 - 2025
Global Leadership and Multi-Country Responsibility
Became one of only 12 Global Sales Heads and the first non-European in company history. Scaled organization from 6 to 11 teams across 15 countries, including India and Pakistan.
Late 2025
A New Chapter: Building Something of My Own
After 12 years at Teltonika, I made a deliberate decision to challenge myself again. Returning to experimentation to build something that combined my experience across strategy, execution, and partnerships.
